Healthcare staffing platform SnapNurse Inc. relaunched today as SnapCare and introduced new solutions for healthcare workforce management.

“The name change reflects the company’s commitment to caring for a broader range of clinicians and clients by growing our technology platform to further reduce healthcare costs and improve ease of use,” CEO Jeff Grant said in a press statement. “That commitment will be backed by a nearly 300% increase in technology investments.”

The AI-enabled SnapCare platform will initially feature two key upgrades aimed to streamline workforce management: a cloud-based, two-sided platform with order submission and tracking, and internal float pool management that allows clients to post shifts and select from a pool of internal team members.

With these upgrades, SnapCare will offer six wrap-around services including permanent placement recruiting, internal float pool management, PRN staffing, contract local/travel staffing and managed service provider and talent acquisition services.

Founded in 2017, Atlanta-based SnapCare ranks No. 15 on SIA’s 2023 list of Largest Healthcare Staffing Firms in the US and the ninth-largest travel nurse staffing firm.
