Staffing and IT services provider SkillStorm named Doug Wise as president, effective June 25. Wise replaces Paul Moura, who was promoted from CFO to president in 2015 and has now left the firm.

Wise is based out of Charlotte, NC, and is responsible for the strategic vision for SkillStorm’s two operating divisions: Onsite Technology Services and Cloud Workforce Solutions. In addition, he oversees all the company’s operations including risk management, financial reporting and compliance.

Wise most recently was VP of sales for four years at The Select Group, headquartered in Raleigh, NC; he previously spent 16 years with TEKsystems, most recently as executive director of national sales.

The company, which launched in 2002, has offices in 10 states.
