The staffing sector needs to adapt to the changing expectations of today’s diverse talent pool, wrote Hetal Parikh in the latest issue of Staffing Industry Review magazine. Parikh is co-founder and president of staffing firm Rangam. In looking at the need to adapt, she also noted a job is not just about making ends meet — it’s about a person finding out who they are. “Not every recent graduate hits the ground running, so it is also about discovering your passion as you go along,” Parikh wrote.
