Search firm raising pay 10% across board, cites cost of living, rising fuel prices

June 13, 2022

Forsyth Barnes, a global executive search firm, announced last week that everyone across their offices in New York, London and Nottingham will get 10% raises.

The decision was made in light of rising energy and fuel prices and to reduce the impact of cost-of-living expenses on employees.

“We are a people-first business who will always, always look after our own,” said Forsyth Barnes Managing Partner Scott Parsons.

London-based Forsyth Barnes provides mid-senior to executive-level recruitment on a permanent and interim basis and operates globally across the e-tail, fintech, and sports and entertainment industries.
