SIA Executive Forum kicks off

SIA’s 2018 Executive Forum North America gets underway at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami. The event kicks off at a welcome reception tonight.

The event will feature information on the latest trends affecting staffing, including changing client demands and the evolving technological, legal and economic landscape.

The keynote talks are:

  • “The A Method for Hiring” by Randy Street, managing partner of ghSMART Company Inc. Street is the author of Who and Talent Management Authority.
  • “The Need for Speed — How to Get Everything Done Faster” by Jason Jennings, authority on leadership, growth an innovation. His books include Hit the Ground Running and The High Speed Company.
  • “The Five Disciplines of High Performance Teams” by Adrian Gostick, organizational culture expert and bestselling leadership author of All In and The Carrot Principle. Gostick is also founder of The Culture Works, a training company.
  • “Where Next? CEO Insights on Success in an Age of Transformation” — a panel of staffing industry top executives: Steve Cooper, CEO of TrueBlue; Linda Galipeau, CEO of Randstad North America; Stephane Kasriel, CEO of Upwork; and John Marshall, regional head, North America, UK and Ireland – professional staffing, at The Adecco Group.
  • “Working Out Loud: Better for You. Better for Your Business” by John Stepper, author of the book Working Out Loud.
  • “Future Forward” by Barry Asin, president of Staffing Industry Analysts. Asin is co-author of Breaking Through.
