July 09, 2018

IT staffing provider S.i. Systems announced it acquired Toronto-based staffing firm Integricon. The deal closed July 3.

“Integricon’s clients are all net new to S.i. Systems, and we were very interested to expand our services into the transportation and logistics space with this acquisition,” said S.i. Systems President Derek Bullen. “We are well-suited to continue the high service levels and quality of candidates Integricon has provided their clients over the past 10 years.”

Integricon will merge into the S.i. Systems brand and its executives will remain for a transition period. Its website, back office, sales and recruiting staff are all now S.i. Systems. Terms of the transaction were not announced.

S.i. Systems, headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, operates 11 offices across Canada. It provides IT staffing for financial services, energy, public sector, telco/media/technology, and consumer services. S.i. Systems counts C$228 million in annual net revenue.
