Russell Reynolds Associates, a global advisory and executive search firm based in New York, acquired Savage Partners, a West Palm Beach, Florida-based executive search firm serving growth equity and private equity-backed software companies across North America.

Plans call for integrating the Savage Partners team into Russell Reynolds Associates’ offices in Boston and Miami.

“Bringing Savage Partners on board will further deepen and enhance Russell Reynolds Associates’ core leadership advisory work and capabilities in growth-oriented technology companies,” Constantine Alexandrakis, CEO of Russell Reynolds Associates, said in a press release.

Founded in 2005 by Todd Savage, Savage Partners works with executives and investors across the technology industry.

“Taking this next step enables us to serve our clients globally and continue helping them make the best executive hiring decisions with an expanded team and infrastructure focused on collaborating and building deep relationships,” Savage said in a press release.

The acquisition marks Russell Reynolds Associates’ third in 2023, following the acquisitions of Rochester, New York-based leadership consulting firm Nvolv in June and Kilberry, a Canadian leadership advisory firm, in August.

Russell Reynolds Associates, founded in 1969, has more than 600 consultants across 47 offices.
