Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE: RHI) on Wednesday announced a chief administrative officer and a chief technology officer.

The Menlo Park, California-based professional staffing firm promoted Katherine Spencer Lee to executive VP and chief administrative officer.

Lee is a 27-year veteran of Robert Half. She most recently served as operational president for US technology and legal talent solutions. She has also held other leadership positions and served as the executive sponsor of Robert Half’s internal Black Employee Network group. In addition, Lee appeared on the 2021 Global Power 150 list of women in staffing.

In addition, Robert Half promoted James Johnson to executive VP and chief technology officer.

Johnson has played a role in guiding the company’s technological innovation from building its initial technology infrastructure to implementing customer relationship management applications and leading the development of artificial intelligence technology at the firm. He also served as an executive sponsor of the Black Employee Network and advisor to Asian Professionals for Excellence.

In 2021, Johnson appeared on Staffing Industry Analysts’ Staffing 100 list.
