Recruit Co. Ltd., one of the world’s largest staffing firms, plans to raise $2.5 billion in a secondary offering of shares, the Nikkei Asian Review reports. The offering is the first since the company went public in October 2014. Separately, Recruit also announced the formation of a new business to provide financing online to small and midsize businesses.
