Recruit Holdings Co. Ltd. CEO Hisayuki “Deko” Idekoba said in an interview that he wants to be the “most powerless CEO in the world,” Fortune reported. Instead, he wants to facilitate people and provide vision. Tokyo-based Recruit ranks among the largest staffing firms in the world and owns both Indeed and Glassdoor. Idekoba led the charge at Recruit to buy Indeed, and he lives in Austin, Texas, where Indeed is based.
