Recently merged Beeline and IQN to operate under Beeline brand

March 15, 2017

The combined Beeline and IQN vendor management system businesses will operate under the Beeline brand, with the IQN brand remaining for the IQN VMS product. The branding announcement follows the acquisition of a majority stake in Beeline last December by private equity firm GTCR from Adecco. GTCR already held a majority stake in IQN.

While the brand was announced today, the rebranding will take over the next four to six weeks on websites and social media, etc.

“Beeline is a strong brand and has good name recognition with our clients, partners and prospects,” Brian Hoffmeyer, group VP of marketing strategies, said in a statement. “We wanted to focus on delivering new functionality to both the IQN and Beeline VMSs rather than on a time-consuming process to create an all new name.”

Beeline and IQN technologies will remain the same; the company will continue to offer both the IQN and Beeline products.

"The product that you use will continue to be called IQN and/or IQNavigator," according to a letter from the company to customers. “Similar to other software companies, we will offer two products (IQN VMS and Beeline VMS) under a single company brand. We are also developing many new features that will be available to you very soon. This includes the quick wins that will go live in the near future.”

Contacts for staffing suppliers will remain the same. The company will continue to operate from its current offices and be jointly headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla., and Denver. But one of the more noticeable changes will be the phasing out of the IQN company logo.

IQN’s brand began in April 1999 as IQExchange when the company was founded but was changed to IQNavigator in 2000 and IQN at the end of 2015.

The Beeline brand has been in place since 1999.
