Randstad Technologies makes four executive appointments

Randstad Technologies, the fourth-largest IT staffing provider in the US, named a chief client officer and chief delivery officer among executive changes, announced today.

It appointed Alisia Genzler as president and chief client officer. Genzler has more than 20 years of experience, and her previous role was executive VP for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. In her new position, Genzler will oversee sales teams and manage sales performance for key and emerging account segments, among other duties.

Randstad Technologies also named Andy Speer as president and chief delivery officer in addition to his current role as president of technology solutions. Speer also brings more than 20 years of experience to the job.

In addition, the company promoted Joel Leege and Martin Casado to expanded leadership roles across Randstad Technologies, Randstad Engineering and Centralized Delivery. Leege will serve as executive VP and chief strategy officer. Casado will serve as executive VP and chief of staff.
