Randstad Sourceright, a division of staffing giant Randstad nv that provides RPO and MSP services, appointed Paul Vincent as global head of services procurement. This includes responsibility for developing and evolving the company’s statement-of-work, SOW, strategy and driving growth in the segment.

Vincent has three decades of experience in SOW and service procurement. He previously spend three years with KellyOCG and two years with Hays Talent Solutions. He has also spent six years running his own practice.

Vincent is based in the UK.
