Randstad Sourceright named Jane Ligrani as senior VP of sales, RPO, North America.

Ligrani formerly served as Randstad Sourceright’s VP of sales. The company’s RPO sales organization was previously led by Ian Dawson, who was recently named chief sales officer for RiseSmart, a Randstad company that provides outplacement.

“Throughout her career, Jane has demonstrated expertise across the total talent architecture, helping clients look at their talent strategies holistically to better understand how RPO can fit into their overall approach to talent acquisition,” said Robert Lopes, president, RPO Americas for Randstad Sourceright.
