Randstad Sourceright expands MSP team

May 16, 2016

Randstad Sourceright announced that Doug Cutrell joined the company as VP of strategic sourcing and development and Anthony Kim was appointed to the role of VP of solution design.

Both will serve on Randstad Sourceright’s managed services provider and payrolling and independent contractor solutions leadership team.

Cutrell leads the company’s supplier strategy team and is responsible for expanding Randstad Sourceright’s current capabilities in the areas of compliance, relationship management and supplier performance. He joined Randstad Sourceright from Siemens, where he was director, supply chain management, services and goods, supporting North and South America and leading temp labor, consulting, legal services, training, relocation and factory supply categories. He also worked for The Boeing Company, where he was responsible for proposal development and contract negotiations.

Kim is responsible for developing complex total talent solutions for Randstad Sourceright clients. He previously was with Kelly Services Inc.’s (NASD: KELYA) outsourcing and consulting group, KellyOCG, from July 2004 to November 2015 as global solutions design architect.

“In a landscape characterized by growing skills shortages, Randstad Sourceright’s MSP solutions help our clients fill their most crucial workforce gaps through highly qualified contingent labor,” said Scott Fraleigh, president, MSP and PICS of Randstad Sourceright. “Key to the success of our MSP approach is having the best team in place to continually develop and deliver the most effective contingent talent strategies. With the addition of Doug to lead our supplier relationships and Anthony driving the design of our solutions, we can continue to bring new innovation to MSP and transform how businesses adopt a total talent strategy.”
