RPO provider WilsonHCG named Ken Bowles as CFO and Gary Cook as chief technical officer. In addition, the company announced Andy Zahn will transition from CFO to executive VP of corporate development, where he will lead the company’s merger and acquisition strategy as well as the development of new product lines, partnership channels and geographic markets.

Bowles formerly served as CFO of Tribridge, a Florida-based technology firm. Before that, he spent 15 years at GE. Bowles has more than 20 years of experience in corporate leadership and finance. He will be based in Tampa, Fla.

Cook comes to WilsonHCG from IBM’s Watson Talent division and has more than 30 years of legal experience in the technology sector. He will be based in London.
