Sevenstep, a global RPO provider, promoted Amy Bush to president from executive VP, global client services. Bush, who joined Sevenstep in 2014, will now lead the company.

In addition, the company announced that Paul Harty, who served as president since 2007, is now the chief solutions officer and will oversee technology for the company and its clients, including its predictive analytics platform, Talent AI. Harty has been with the firm since its inception.

Sevenstep is part of the Motion Recruitment Partners LLC, a Boston-based firm that provides IT staffing through its Jobspring Partners and Workbridge Associates brands and well as RPO through Sevenstep. Private equity firm Littlejohn & Co. LLC invested in Motion Recruitment Partners earlier this year.
