Recruitment process outsourcing provider Accolo was acquired by Orion Novotus, according to an announcement by Orion Novotus on Monday.

Accolo was founded in 2000, and is headquartered in Lehi, Utah. It serves small and midsize businesses throughout the US.

Plans call for Accolo to operate as a division of Orion Novotus. Terms of the transaction were not announced.

“Accolo and Orion Novotus started the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association together nearly two decades ago,” said John Younger, founder and executive chairman of Accolo. “It’s exciting to now be joining forces to help more companies with our combined and complementary capabilities.”

Orion Novotus is an RPO provider based in Austin, Texas. It’s part of Orion Talent Co., that was itself acquired last December by L2 Capital Partners LP and Lakewood Capital LLC.

Cory Kruse, president of Orion Novotus, said the acquisition of Accolo will help the company continue its pattern of growth.
