Privately held Ingenovis Health reports revenue of more than $2 billion

March 23, 2023

Privately held Ingenovis Health announced Tuesday that it had more than $2 billion in revenue in 2022.

Ingenovis ranked No. 7 on last year’s list of largest US healthcare staffing firms with 2021 revenue of $1.57 billion in healthcare staffing.

The company in its public announcement also reported it placed more than 10,000 clinicians on assignment during the year, and the number of cardiology clinician assignments has risen by 84% since 2021. It also noted that it supported multiple labor disruption events with approximately 6,000 healthcare provides onsite in 2022.

Ingenovis was formed in 2021 by the mergers of Fastaff Travel Nursing and U.S. Nursing as well as Trustaff Travel Nurses and CardioSolution. Ingenovis has since acquired HealthCare Support, Vista Staffing Solutions and, most recently, Springboard Healthcare.

The company is backed by private equity firms Cornell Capital and Trilantic North America.

“The portfolio now holds seven category-leading companies focused on successfully providing end-to-end workforce solutions for clients ranging from small rural hospitals to large national healthcare systems,” said Stephen Trevor, Ingenovis board member and partner at Cornell Capital.
