Premier Staffing Solution LLC acquired the external staffing business of TTi Global Inc., a talent firm specializing in engineering and technical placements headquartered in Michigan. The carve-out acquisition closed on Oct. 16.

Terms of the transaction were not announced.

“Between the changing workforce demographic, post-covid job-hopping trends and macro-economic pressures on staffing, this acquisition deepens our team’s breadth and depth and recruiting capacity to keep pace with the ever-changing needs of our clients,” Blake Barton, president of Premier Staffing Solution, said in a press statement. “The clients we are onboarding are tremendous, and we look forward to partnering with them on all of our staffing products to support their growth.”

Plans call for TTi Global to transfer major client staffing contracts and human resources to Premier. The primary focus of the contracts is supporting large clients in the mobility sector and other industries in North America with temporary engineering, quality, and other technical talent.

Based in Toledo, Ohio, Premier Staffing Solution provides staff augmentation, MSP staffing, temporary and emergency staffing, direct hire management and executive search services.
