Videos show it is “very clear” it would have been difficult for any vehicle — autonomous or human-driven —  to avoid the Sunday night collision in which an Uber self-driving car killed a pedestrian, Tempe, Ariz., Police Chief Sylvia Moir told the San Francisco Chronicle. Uber halted all of its self-driving testing on Monday in the wake of the incident.
