Global IT services company Getronics announced earlier this year that it received a new capital investment and its US business would separate, relaunching under the Pomeroy Technologies LLC brand in North America with Chris Froman as president and CEO. Pomeroy had been acquired by Getronics in 2018.

Today, Pomeroy announced that it is finalizing its separation from Getronics and it announced a new independent board, which will include:

• Chairman James Dixon, former CEO and chairman of CompuCom Systems Inc.
• Christopher Hjelm, former CIO of Kroger and FedEx
• Sandeep Dadlani, current global chief digital officer at MARS and former president at Infosys
• Sarah Hagan, current CFO at ECi Sofware Solutions and former VP of finance at Sabre

Pomeroy, based in Hebron, Kentucky, provides IT services, including staffing services.
