PeopleScout, a division of TrueBlue (NYSE: TBI) that provides MSP and RPO services, added two new roles to its executive leadership team. The first, David Ludolph, was promoted to executive leader of client delivery to lead PeopleScout’s client delivery team. Ludolph will report to PeopleScout President Taryn Owen.

Ludolph has been a member of PeopleScout’s executive leadership team for nine years, most recently as a client portfolio leader. Prior to joining PeopleScout, Ludolph held senior leadership roles at Spherion and served five years in the US Air Force.

Secondly, PeopleScout appointed Mike Yinger as global leader of growth and strategy. Yinger will also report to Owen.

Yinger joined PeopleScout in 2016 as a client portfolio leader as part of the company’s acquisition of Aon RPO. Before joining the company, Yinger held senior leadership roles at Randstad Sourceright and other organizations in the HR consulting and technology space. Yinger also served 10 years in the US Navy Reserve.
