People on the move: TurnkeyZRG, APR Consulting, Wipro, Bullhorn, Daxtra, SeekOut

TurnkeyZRG, a division of executive search firm ZRG serving the sports and entertainment industries, expanded into the European market with the hire of George Williams as managing director. Based in London, Williams brings over 15 years of executive search experience in sports and entertainment and will lead TurnkeyZRG’s practice in Europe. Williams will also work closely with ZRG’s Sucherman division, an advisory firm for media, content, direct-to-consumer, streaming and production worldwide. Prior to joining TurnkeyZRG, Williams was a partner at Savannah Group, where he led the sport and media practice across Europe; he previously was an associate at Odgers Berndtson. 

APR Consulting Inc., a talent acquisition and workforce solutions provider, announced Avi Khilnani has joined the company as head of global strategy. In this new role, he will focus on new opportunities and partnerships for expansion and future growth. Prior to joining APR, Khilnani was global COO at eTeam and held executive positions at The Intersect Group, Fastaff & US Nursing, Randstad Professionals, Yoh, Kforce and Adecco.  

Global IT services giant Wipro Ltd. (NYSE: WIT) reported in a regulatory announcement that independent director Ireena Vittalhas retired from the company’s board effective close of business hours on Sept. 30. Consequently, the audit, risk and compliance committee and nomination and remuneration committee have been reconstituted. Further, independent director Deepak Satwalekar was appointed as the lead independent director effective Oct. 1. 

Bullhorn, a software provider to the staffing industry, promoted Sarah Glass to senior VP, customer success and global support. Based in Texas, Glass will focus on product training, technical support and ongoing optimization and best practices. Since joining Bullhorn more than two years ago, she has been responsible for the customer success organization and relaunched Bullhorn’s customer feedback program. Prior to Bullhorn, Glass spent two decades leading customer-focused teams in the HCM and recruiting technology space.  

Daxtra, a provider of AI-enriched recruitment software, named Terry Baker as CEO. He succeeds co-founder and former CEO Andrei Mikheev, who continues to serve on the board and will become chief innovation architect. Baker has more than 30 years of experience managing high-growth technology companies; he most recently was CEO of PandoLogic, a provider of programmatic job advertising acquired by Veritone Inc. in 2021. 

SeekOut appointed Bryce Winkelman as chief revenue and business officer. With over 17 years of experience in enterprise technology, Winkelman has served as advisor to the CEO at SeekOut since 2021 while also serving as chief business and strategy officer at Quantum Metric. SIA would classify the SeekOut as a sourcing automation tool or, more specifically, a people aggregator. The company announced a $115 million series C funding round in January 2022.
