People on the move: Trusted Health, Edustaff, NATHO, UpGrad, Tech Mahindra, Heidrick

Healthcare staffing platform Trusted Health appointed Juney Ham as chief operating officer. Ham has more than 20 years of experience in senior executive roles leading marketing, product, strategy and operations for high-growth companies, including Porch, Hired, Airbnb and Expedia. In addition, Trusted Health appointed David Berk as president, delivery. Berk has more than 15 years of experience in every aspect of the talent acquisition ecosystem, from executive search to building recruiting tools to launching and scaling talent marketplaces for Porch, Harri and Hired. Berk and Ham co-founded Beacon Talent, a tech-enabled recruiting company serving technology and healthcare clients.

Edustaff LLC appointed Derek Vogel as CEO. Vogel previously served as CEO at E-Therapy, an online therapy staffing service for K-12 schools. He has more than 15 years of executive leadership experience. In addition, Vogel previously served as president of the school division of AMN Healthcare Services Inc. Edustaff’s former president and CEO Clark Galloway will remain an Edustaff shareholder, board member and advisor. Edustaff is a provider of substitute teacher staffing and is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Kenny Kadar, president of Coast Medical Service, is the 2024 incoming president for the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations.

IT services provider Tech Mahindra Ltd. named Richard Lobo as chief people officer. Lobo’s previous roles include serving as executive VP and HR head for Infosys Ltd. Meanwhile, Harshvardhan Soin, who previously held the position as chief people officer, will take on the role of president, Asia Pacific and Japan.

UpGrad, a provider of workforce development, announced that former Tech Mahindra Ltd. CEO and Managing Director C.P. Gurnani has joined its board. Gurnani retired from Tech Mahindra in December 2023.
