National staffing firm TalentBridge named Dawn Serpe as chief revenue officer. Serpe has more than 20 years of experience. She comes to TalentBridge from IT staffing firm Collabera, where she served for 10 years, most recently as executive VP and a member of its executive management committee. Serpe has also appeared on the Global Power 150 list of women in staffing.

Smoothstack, a provider of hire-train-deploy staffing, named John Carney as its chief revenue officer. Carney’s career includes executive positions at companies such as Accenture, Salesforce and others.

Axiom, a provider of legal staffing, named Eric Bouchard as CFO. Bouchard previously was CFO of Nestlé Health Sciences. His credentials also include chartered financial analyst and CPA. Bouchard’s appointment follows several other executive announcements by Axiom last year, including Ashlin Quirk as general counsel, Katrina Benjamin as chief product officer and Andy Burtis as chief marketing officer.

Staffing 360 Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ; STAF) announced that Melanie Grossman was appointed senior VP, control and principal accounting officer on Jan. 9. Grossman joined the company in November 2023. Prior to Staffing 360, she was director, controller of biotechnology firm Vaxxinity Inc.

SGF Global, a provider of staffing, employer-of-record and other services, announced Galia Ellinsky is leading its new branch in Tel Aviv, Israel. Ellinsky brings more than 20 years of experience in HR; along with leading its operation in Israel, she is the company’s global HR director.

Ceipal, a talent acquisition and automation platform, promoted Dennis Farkos to president and CFO. Farkos is Ceipal’s first president. His past experience includes serving as CFO for Panopto, Carnegie Innovations and Confluence. Ceipal founder Sameer Penakalapati will continue as CEO and chairman.

Coupa, a provider of spend management software including a VMS, appointed Amy Sweeney as chief information officer and Alicia Allen as its new chief accounting and financial operations officer. Sweeney has three decades of experience in the technology space and most recently served as VP of business systems at Dynatrace. Allen most recently served as senior VP, corporate controller and chief accounting officer at Dynatrace.

HireVue appointed Jeremy Friedman as CEO to succeed Anthony Reynolds. Prior to HireVue, Friedman was co-founder and CEO of education technology firm Schoology for more than 10 years. Meanwhile, Reynolds is stepping down from the CEO role but will continue to serve the company in an advisory role.

Array, a provider of staffing and other litigation support for the legal industry, hired Christine Porras as director of technology solutions.

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ: CTSH) announced Nella Domenici resigned from its board.
