ShiftPixy Inc. (NASDAQ: PIXY) announced that Ken Weaver has resigned as a member of its board effective July 25. ShiftPixy is a provider of staffing and employment administrative services primarily in the restaurant and hospitality segments.

DHI Group (NYSE: DHX) appointed Joe Massaquoi to its board. Massaquoi is CFO at H2 Clipper Inc., a cleantech firm involved in hydrogen transport and distribution. His previous roles include CFO of Boom Supersonic and CFO of Initium Aerospace, a startup seeded by Boeing. DHI is the parent company of job boards Dice and ClearanceJobs.

Riviera Partners appointed Kyle Langworthy as head of its AI, machine learning and data practice. Langworthy has focused on AI, robotics, autonomy and machine learning infrastructure, and he has worked at Riviera since 2019. He came to the company from WorthyWorks, a search firm that he founded that had grown into a focus on technology leadership after starting in cryptography and technical security practitioners.

Executive search firm Morgan Samuels Co. named Jesse Annunziata as senior client partner and practice security leader in cybersecurity. Annunziata has more than 14 years of experience recruiting in information and cyber security. He comes to Morgan Samuels from Artico Search.
