People on the move: Randstad, CHG, Jackson, MBO and more

Randstad nv announced Cees 't Hart is succeeding Wout Dekker as chair of the supervisory board and Laurence Debroux is succeeding Frank Dorjee as chair of the audit committee. Dimitra Manis and Philippe Vimard were appointed to the supervisory board for four-year terms. The world’s largest staffing firm made the announcements and adopted the financial statements and the dividend proposal on March 26 at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

CHG Healthcare, the sixth-largest US healthcare staffing firm, announced Matt Brown is VP of telehealth and advisory services at its newly launched division, Advisory Services from CHG Healthcare. The division also includes Director of Advisory Services Austin Chatlin and recently hired Principal Consultant Scott Polenz. It will provide consulting services to hospitals and healthcare organizations.

Jackson Healthcare promoted David Robertson to chief risk officer. He oversees all enterprise risk management functions across the Jackson Healthcare’s healthcare staffing, search and technology companies. Robertson joined Jackson Healthcare in 2021 and has more than three decades of risk management and insurance experience, including as managing director for Georgia at Wells Fargo Insurance (now USI Insurance Services) and senior leadership roles at Willis Group Holdings (now WTW) and Marsh.

MBO Partners appointed Neil Bryson as chief growth officer focused on digitizing services, talent-sourcing capabilities and industry partnerships. Bryson’s past roles include president of HiringSolved.com and more than two decades at Allegis Group, where his initiatives included global business development and technology platforms. 

Staffing provider Huffmaster Management promoted Human Resources Manager Terita McKenzie to director of HR/chief of staff. She will oversee management teams across various departments, manage legal affairs and handle all HR functions under the Huffmaster umbrella, which includes Huffmaster Management Inc., Huffmaster Crisis Response Inc. and Huffmaster Driver Staffing LLC.

Legal search firm Major, Lindsey & Africa, a part of the Allegis Group, announced Iris Zuckerman joined the firm as a managing director of client development with MLA Interim Legal Talent. Most recently, she worked with another alternative legal service provider creating solutions utilizing flexible legal talent. Zuckerman began her legal career as a litigator for seven years before transitioning into a career in business development and client management within the legal sector.

PracticeLink appointed Christy Bray Ricks as chief strategic officer and a member of its senior leadership team effective April 1. She previously was VP of provider talent at Ardent Health Services. PracticeLink includes PracticeLink Job Board — which lists job opportunities from 8,000 hospitals, medical groups and private practices listing more than 40,000 physician job opportunities — and PracticeLink Recruitment Management System, a suite of physician recruitment tools for in-house recruiters. 

Highbury Legal Search announced Director of Recruiting Cliff Jarrett will lead the new legal recruitment services firm, which serves tech-forward law firms. Jarrett’s legal industry career include 16 years in private practice with Kennedy Covington LLP (now K&L Gates); seven years in legal recruitment with Major, Lindsey & Africa; and 10 years as assistant dean of career services with Washington & Lee University School of Law.

Nextshore, which provides nearshoring solutions for skilled workforce needs, announced CEO Daniel Michan expanded its operations across Mexico and Latin America, hiring more than 600 employees for back-office positions to cater to American clients. Nextshore’s services include employer of record, staffing and hiring as well as cross-border logistics.
