Employer-of-record provider People2.0 announced Sept. 5 that it appointed Matt Levin as CEO effective immediately. Levin takes over from Erik Vonk, who will continue as chairman. Levin joins People2.0 from Benefitfocus, where he served as president and CEO since 2021 and led the company’s sale to Voya Financial. Prior to Benefitfocus, Levin was chief strategy officer at ADP. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Aon plc and Hewitt Associates.

HireGenics named Emily Costello as senior VP of client engagement and Whitney Cox as practice leader/senior VP of workforce advisory services. HireGenics provides direct sourcing solutions, RPO, independent contractor compliance, light industrial staffing and other services.

Executive search firm Boyden appointed Melody Chang as principal in its Shanghai, China, office. Chang is also a member of Boyden’s global technology practice.
