People on the move: ManpowerGroup, Lexitas, Rippling, TurnkeyZRG, Jackson, Swoon, Barton, Vaco, TalentNeuron

ManpowerGroup Inc. (NYSE: MAN) reported William Downe plans to retire from its board and will not stand for reelection when his term expires at the annual meeting of shareholders in 2024. Downe has served on the board since 2011 and as lead director from 2017 to 2023. He formerly served as CEO at BMO Financial Group.

Lexitas, a provider of litigation services to law firms including legal staffing and document review, named Sriram Venkateswaran as CFO. Venkateswaran has more than 20 years of global executive operating experience. He previously was CFO of Everise.

Rippling, a provider of employer-of-record services, announced Eisar Lipkovitz is chief product officer. Lipkovitz previously was chief information officer at JP Morgan’s Corporate and Investment Bank. Prior to JP Morgan, Lipkovitz served at Lyft Inc. as executive VP, head of rideshare. He also spent 15 years at Google in various engineering leadership roles. Lipkovitz began his career in the Israeli Air Force. He will report to Parker Conrad, Rippling’s co-founder and CEO.

TurnkeyZRG, a division of executive search firm ZRG focused on the sports industry, appointed Billy King as managing director of its private equity group and sports group. King was general manager of the Philadelphia 76ers from 1998 to 2003 and president and general manager from 2003 to 2007 before serving as general manager of the Brooklyn Nets from 2010 to 2016. He also previously was an assistant coach of the Indiana Pacers for four seasons.

Jackson Physician search appointed Tom Rossi as VP of executive search. The new role was created in response to growing demand for physician executives. Ross has more than 30 years of experience in physician recruiting, leadership development, team building and sales management.

Swoon, a Chicago-based staffing firm, promoted Traci Weiss to VP of finance. Before joining Swoon, Weiss rose through the ranks at Swoon’s sister company, NextGen Global Resources, ultimately becoming VP of finance.

Barton Associates, a provider of locum tenens staffing, named Katie Kuhl as VP of talent strategy. Kuhl has more than 16 years of experience working as a leader in the healthcare staffing industry. She previously served as VP of talent strategy for LRS Healthcare.

Global staffing firm Vaco Holdings appointed Jason Battles as VP of enterprise applications. Battles has more than 20 years of experience in global technology delivery. He previously was senior director at Beckway.

TalentNeuron, a labor market data firm, announced several leadership changes. Gabriel Pauliuc was named chief technology officer. Pauliuc has more than 30 years of experience in leading complex digital transformations, including in executive leadership roles at Moody’s, Dun & Bradstreet and Société Générale. Elin Thomasian was named senior VP of strategy and consulting. Thomasian has more than a decade of experience in driving talent strategies for companies such as Goldman Sachs, Moody’s and Prudential. David Wilkins was named chief product and marketing officer. Wilkins, who joined TalentNeuron last fall, has more than 20 years of SaaS expertise in the human capital management space. He previously served at firms such as Taleo and Learn.com.
