Insight Global, the second-largest US IT staffing firm, appointed Kara Hollis to its board. Hollis is a VP at Leonard Green & Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. She had previously been a board observer at Insight Global since 2017. Hollis takes a seat previously held by DeWayne Griffin, who left the board when he became Insight Global’s chief digital and information officer in June.  

TalentProcure, a subsidiary of TalentBurst, named Dawnette Cooke as senior VP. Cooke has more than 25 years of experience in the contingent workforce industry. In her new role, she will oversee efforts aimed at advancing the firm’s MSP offerings. TalentBurst is a global staffing and agency-of-record/employer-of-record provider. 

Heyman Associates, an executive search firm focused on communications and corporate affairs, announced founder and CEO Bill Heyman will step down effective the end of this year. Taking over the CEO role will be Jessamyn Katz, who has been with the firm for nearly 20 years and has led day-to-day operations since 2019. 

Executive search firm Diversified Search Group named Megan Shattuck as global managing partner of its corporate business. Shattuck has more than 25 years of experience in media, journalism and advising Fortune 500 companies. She comes to Diversified Search Group from Teneo, a global CEO advisory firm that she founded. 

TextUs, a text messaging platform, announced Nick Madison will serve as its new chief revenue officer. Madison has more than 20 years of experience in sales and leadership. His previous roles include having served as VP of sales at Payscale. 

Major, Lindsey & Africa, a part of the Allegis Group, appointed Keith Meyer as global practice leader of its newly launched board services practice. Previously, Meyer served as global practice leader of Allegis Partners’ CEO and board practice. 

The Caldwell Partners International Inc., an executive search firm, promoted Lindsay Lane to principal at its New York and Boston offices. Lane joined Caldwell in 2018. She came to Caldwell from Brown Brothers Harriman, a managed financial services firm. 

Executive search firm Beecher Reagan named Brad Pierce as managing director. Pierce has 20 years of experience in executive search, including experience placing CFOs at private equity-backed firms.
