Insight Global appointed Ariel Zion as chief legal officer. Zion’s promotion comes after the retirement of David Lowance, who was chief legal officer for the past decade. Zion has been with Insight Global for more than six years, starting as an associate general counsel in 2017. Zion will report to CEO Bert Bean.

TalentBridge named Lorisa LaRocca as chief legal counsel. LaRocca has more than 20 years of experience as an attorney with Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP in Rochester, New York. LaRocca also founded Spark HR Consulting, which will now partner with TalentBridge to provide day-to-day HR counseling and advice as well as other services.

Talent Groups named Michael Pfeffer as its chief operating officer. Pfeffer previously was executive VP of the strategic vertical group at Randstad Technologies US. Pfeffer began in staffing as a recruiter at TEKsystems.

Freelance marketplace goLance named Brian Childress as chief technical officer. Childress has more than 15 years of technical product and software development experience, including roles as CapitalOne, WealthForce, Calendly and ByDesign.

All Star Healthcare Solutions, a Deerfield Beach, Florida-based healthcare staffing focused on locum tenens and direct job opportunities for physicians, promoted Robert Jones to chief sales officer and Catherine LeBourveau to divisional VP, sales. Jones joined All Star in 2017 and most recently served as its divisional VP, sales. Before that, he spent eight years in leadership roles at locum tenens staffing provider Weatherby Healthcare. LeBourveau previously served as senior director, locums division. She joined All Star in 2015 as a consultant and has held several management positions, including director and senior sales manager.

TransPerfect promoted Senior VP Jin Lee to the newly created position of co-CEO. Lee has been with the company for more than two decades. TransPerfect provides translation services as well as multilingual staffing.

Code Staffing Corp., the IT staffing division of the Code Group, named three new members to its board of advisors: David Blumenthal, Gregg Gerken and Chris Williams. Blumenthal has more than 30 years of experience as a founder, leader and entrepreneur in consulting, health tech and digital business. Gerken is former head of commercial real estate for TD Bank and has more than 35 years of banking experience. Williams served as VP of human resources at Microsoft Corp. and is now an advisor who works with executives. He has more than 45 years of experience building and leading teams.
