IT staffing firm Insight Global named Tim Senior as VP finance – international and advanced services. Senior has been with Insight Global for seven years and most recently served as VP, financial planning and analysis. His previous experience also includes seven years at Ernst & Young. In addition, Insight Global hired Roald Richards as VP, finance – revenue and strategic growth. Richards has more than 25 years of experience in finance; he comes from Brand Industrial Services, a $5 billion global firm. Also, Insight Global announced Janelle Tzanetakos as VP, financial planning and analysis. Tzanetakos has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. She joins Insight Global from Papa John’s International.

Malone Workforce Solutions named Erin Kessler as CFO. Kessler has been with the company since 2011. In her new role, she will oversee all financial aspects of the company. Malone is a staffing firm based in Louisville, Kentucky.

Maven LLC, a Columbus, Ohio-based IT staffing provider, named Edward Chadd as chief revenue officer. With more than 18 years of experience in IT consulting and solutions, Chadd joins Maven from g20, a customer experience transformation company, where he most recently served as VP of solutions. Prior to that, Chadd spent nine years at Vaco as senior partner. As CRO, Chadd will oversee sales, recruiting and account management.

Solomon Page, a New York-based recruitment firm, named Lissa Rosenthal as managing director and head of alternative asset management. Rosenthal will be based in New York. Rosenthal’s previous roles include managing director at Preeminence Advisors Inc. and VP of talent acquisition at AQR Capital Management.

MPLT Healthcare, a provider of locum tenens staffing, hired John Wagner as VP of sales. Wagner has more than 23 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry.

Slone Partners, an executive search firm focused on life sciences and healthcare based in South Riding, Virginia, promoted Chief Business Officer Bridget Burke to senior VP and practice leader, healthcare, nonprofits and social impact. Burke has been with Slone Partners since 2023. She previously served as principal at executive search firm Acertitude. Before Acertitude, Burke held several leadership roles, including director of executive search at The Angeletti Group. Burke has more than 20 years of experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. In addition, Kate Portand, VP, client partnerships, was promoted to senior VP and practice leader, private equity. Prior to Slone Partners, Portand was head of executive talent at Water Street, a Chicago-based private equity firm. Portand has more than 20 years of experience in recruiting, executive search, investment banking and healthcare consulting.
