Insight Global appointed Penny Collins as IT executive chief of staff, reporting to Chief Digital and Information Officer DeWayne Griffin. Prior to joining Insight Global, Collins was president and CEO of Women in Technology, an organization that empowers girls and women to excel in science, technology, engineering, arts and math. Collins also served as chief technology control officer for First Data Corp.

Coupa, a provider of spend management software including a VMS, named Leagh Turner as CEO. Turner has more than 20 years of experience in technology. He will also join Coupa’s board. Turner most recently served as co-CEO at Ceridian.

VMS provider Elevate named Nicholas Myers as VP, product management. Myers previously served as a principal product manager at Coupa and will guide the Elevate platform’s roadmap and feature set.

SGF Global promoted Carolina Masi to Argentina country manager. In addition to her new role, Masi will continue to serve as global human resources business partner.

Abby Recker is leading Beacon Hill Technologies new Cincinnati office as division manager. Recker has eight years of experience in IT staffing.

Executive search firm Stanton Chase appointed Norm Miles as managing partner of its Atlanta office. Miles has more than 20 years of experience in human capital advisory services, executive leadership development and other areas.

PrideStaff announced Brian Donaldson is the new owner/strategic partner of its Atlanta (West) office.

Access Capital promoted Raphael Torres to executive VP and head of business development. The company also promoted John Belling to executive VP, chief credit officer. Belling joined Access Capital in 2003.
