Impellam North America, a UK-based staffing firm with global operations, named Robin Sanders as chief sales officer. Sanders formerly served as senior VP of client solutions for the company’s Guidant Global and Lorien brands. Impellam North America is part of Impellam Group plc, a UK-based staffing firm with global operations.

Specialist Staffing Group, a division of SThree plc, appointed Matt McManus as president. McManus has 28 years of experience in business leadership, and he has been with Specialist Staffing Group for six years. Prior to being appointed president, McManus was president of Progressive Recruitment.

Staffing firm Phaxis named Adam Chituck as CFO. Chituck has more than 10 years of experience in senior financial leadership positions. He previously was VP, controller, at Tandym Group.

Executive search firm Korn Ferry announced Matt Espe has been elected to the company’s board. Espe has served on boards for more than 20 years. His career included serving as CEO at multiple companies, including Armstrong World Industries, Ricoh Americas Corp. and Ikon Office Solutions.

Bullhorn, a provider of software to staffing firms, promoted Jonathan Bedard to chief marketing officer. Bedard joined Bullhorn five years ago and is based in Boston. Prior to Bullhorn, he spent more than 15 years in marketing, business development and strategy roles at organizations such as athenahealth, Tradeshift and Vertex Pharmaceuticals.

Glider AI, a provider of candidate assessments and other services, promoted Ben Walker to chief operations officer. Walker had joined the company in 2021. He has more than 30 years of experience in HR tech and consulting.

G2, a software marketplace, named Eric Gilpin as chief revenue officer. Gilpin previously served as chief sales officer at Upwork and as president, vertical sales, at CareerBuilder.

Nextaff announced that Brenda Fratus and David Heiden are the owners and operators of its new healthcare staffing office in Berlin, New Hampshire. Nextaff also announced that Dan Berger is the owner and operator of its new technology staffing office in St. Louis.
