Hudson RPO, the recruitment process outsourcing division of global talent solutions company Hudson Global (NASDAQ: HSON), appointed Jacob Zabkowicz as global CEO effective Nov. 15. The Old Greenwich, Connecticut-based firm also announced Jeff Eberwein will remain CEO of Hudson Global. Zabkowicz was most recently senior VP of global RPO at Korn Ferry. Zabkowicz also served as solution design and implementation director at Pinstripe (now Cielo).

Employer-of-record provider People2.0 named Craig Cohen as its global chief revenue officers. Cohen has 30 years of experience leading software-as-a-service companies in the HR space. His past roles include serving as general manager for ADP Marketplace.

HireQuest Inc. (NASDAQ: HQI), a national staffing franchisor, appointed Steven Crane as CFO. Crane has more than 20 years of financial management and leadership experience. Most recently, he founded and served as managing partner of TouchPoint Search LLC, and his previous experience includes serving as CFO of Interactive Data Corp. and ModusLink Global Solutions. Crane succeeds David Burnett in the CFO role.

Triple Crown Consulting, a staffing and engineering services company, named Mike Dansby as CFO. Dansby is Triple Crown’s first CFO.

Ultra-Staff Edge Staffing Software named Sebastian Brukalo as chief technology officer and Bob Pettke as chief sales officer. Brukalo has more than 20 years of experience in software and leadership. Pettke has worked in the staffing industry for more than 15 years and is a former Ultra-Staff Edge user.

Magnit, a provider of VMS, MSP, employer-of-record and other services, named Efrain Rivera to its board. Rivera most recently served as CFO of Paychex Inc. Before joining Paychex, Rivers was corporate VP and CFO at Bausch & Lomb.

Executive search firm DHR Global promoted James Abruzzo to vice chairman. Abruzzo previously served as global managing partner.

PrideStaff announced that Stennett Rey is the new owner/strategic partner of the PrideStaff San Diego office, taking over from Thomas Young.

Michael Caggiano joined Focus Search Partners, a Vaco company, as a managing partner. Caggiano recently served as senior VP of US search operations for an S&P 500 global firm.
