McCoy has more than 20 years of experience and spent 14 years at ManpowerGroup Inc. Most recently, he led enterprise sales for ManpowerGroup in North America.

Nelson Connects, a California-based employment services firm, appointed Allen Larson as VP, recruitment strategy and enablement. Larson has had a 25-year career focused on talent acquisition and workforce management.

Applicant tracking system provider iCims appointed Jason Edelboim as CEO effective Jan. 2, 2024. Edelboim comes to iCims from Dataminr, where he served as president and chief operating officer. Dataminr uses technology to provide predictive insights about news and other global events, according to TechCrunch.

Staffing firm Solomon Page expanded its legal services division and hired Valerie Phillips as VP and Alexandra Seltzer as VP. Phillips has more than 20 years of experience in the legal and recruiting industries. Seltzer has more than 10 years of experience in executive search. They will report to Managing Director Ron Schein.

Coupa, a spend management software firm that also operates a VMS, named Susan Tohyama as chief human resources officer. Tohyama has more than 20 years of HR leadership experience. She previously was CHRO at Ceridian. Tohyama is joining the company effective Jan. 3, 2024.

Executive search firm ZRG appointed Patrick Gray as managing partner, overseeing ZRG’s global aerospace, defense and government services practice group. Gray has more than 20 years of experience in executive search.
