Akkodis, an Adecco Group brand, appointed Nicole Gable as senior VP of US Markets. Gable joined the Akkodis US leadership team in March and is responsible for leading the transformation of its midmarket portfolio. Gable has been with the Adecco Group since 2013, previously holding senior strategy and executive sales roles within the LHH business unit. 

CXC, a provider of contractor management, recruitment, employer of record and other services, appointed Scott Aicher as president/managing director of North America. Aicher’s experience includes having served chairman at the TechServe Alliance and has appeared on SIA’s Staffing 100 North America list. Aicher takes over from John Smith, global advisor contingent remote workforce. 

Professional staffing provider Robert Half Inc. appointed Jana Barsten to its board effective Dec. 15. Barsten is an audit partner at KPMG LLP and serves as a member of KPMG’s global technology, media and telecommunications board as well as global audit sector leader of its technology industry practice. Barsten has 37 years of experience in public accounting and specializes in the internet, software and service industries. Barsten will retire from KPMG on Sept. 30. 

Jack Hart is leading the new Orlando, Florida, office of recruitment firm The SR Group. Hart is director of the company’s Brewer Morris brand, and he will also represent the company’s Frazer Jones and Taylor Root brands in the US. 

Mergers and acquisitions advisory firm R.A. Cohen Consulting named Mark Zacha as an associate. Zacha has more than 33 years of experience in the staffing industry as a business owner and working for larger firms such as Elwood Staffing and PrideStaff. He was also a leader for the Independent Staffing Alliance.
