Atlanta-based PIC Group, a global provider of solutions to the power generation industry, appointed Jason Massucci as VP of staffing services. Massucci most recently served as VP of sales at Distinctive Workforce Solutions. Massucci has more than 17 years of industrial staffing experience, with more than six years as a senior executive leading sales and operations.

Atlantic Group, a New York City-based staffing firm, announced Melanie Marshak will lead its newly launched legal and compliance division. Marshak will provide coverage for Atlantic Group's current client base and build and manage a legal and compliance team from the New York City office with a focus on placing top talent within the hedge fund, private credit, private equity, real estate and asset management space.
