Interview-as-a-service platform eTeki announced founder Hans Bukow as CEO. Bukow was the last CEO and largest shareholder in the private VMS which was sold to SmartERP in 2018. Bukow’s past experience also includes serving as founder/CTO of FASTech, which became Applied Materials Global Services; VP of product at WorldPlay, which sold to AOL; and founder of eWork Exchange’s cloned company eWork Group.

Executive search firm Boyden announced Craig Stevens, managing partners, US, was named to a two-year term as chair of Boyden’s board of directors effective immediately. Stevens succeeds Jörg Kasten, managing partner, Germany. Three new board members have also been elected: Dina Akimova, managing partner, Russia; Kathleen Dunton, managing partner, Germany and EMEA leader, private equity and venture capital practice; and Kristen Smit, managing partner, France. Boyden also announced that Jim Harmon, managing partner, Canada, was re-elected. Board members completing their service are Ulrich Schumann, managing partner, Germany, and Kjetil Haug-Nodeland, managing partner, Norway.

The Execu|Search Group, a recruitment, contract staffing, and workforce solutions firm, announced Jesse Siegal, senior VP, will now oversee and focus on the expansion of professional services for contract staffing in accounting/finance, HR and administration, and legal services. Adam Harwood was promoted to senior VP of professional services from his former role of VP of financial services. Katie Niekrash, senior VP, will now lead all areas of healthcare on the direct-hire recruitment side. Jill Bragg, senior VP, will oversee all of healthcare on the contract staffing side.

Premier Medical Staffing Services LLC in Milwaukee named Brad Sharkey as director of recruitment. Sharkey has 10 years of experience in recruiting and leadership; he previously was a people strategist at Advocate Aurora Health, a director of executive recruitment at Indiana University Health and as an executive recruiter at Spectrum Health.

Executive search firm Momenta appointed Kevin McGonigle as principal partner of executive search. McGonigle previously served as a principal at Egon Zehnder International and as an executive director for Russell Reynolds Associates.

Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASDAQ: HSII) announced Clare Chapman did not stand for re-election to its board, which will decrease in size to seven members from eight members.

Founders Advisors investment bank announced that Neal England has joined the firm as managing director in the firm’s Dallas office. Founders Advisors is a merger, acquisition and strategic advisory firm serving middle-market companies including staffing and recruiting firms.
