Wipro Ltd. (NYSE: WIT) on Thursday announced the appointment of Amit Choudhary as COO and member of the Wipro executive board. He will be responsible for improving organizational operational efficiency and manage global business operations, delivery excellence, CIO, CISO and the enterprise risk management functions. Choudhary joins Wipro from Capgemini, where he was the COO for the financial services business unit and a member of its executive committee. Prior to Capgemini, he held various leadership positions at Boston Consulting Group and Cadence Design Systems and consulted with boards and CXOs across industries including financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and industrial goods.

Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE: RHI) promoted Dawn Fay to operational president, overseeing operations for professional talent solutions. In her new role, she will lead Robert Half’s permanent and contract finance and accounting and administrative practice groups throughout the central US and New York tri-state region. Fay joined Robert Half in 1996 and has held several high-profile leadership roles; she most recently was senior district president, managing 53 offices and more than 700 employees.

Executive search firm WittKieffer hired Christina Boiler as its COO. She has more than 15 years of leadership experience across operations, strategy, business development and finance in consulting organizations. Prior to joining WittKieffer, Boiler was a partner and led the North American global mobility business for global consulting firm Mercer; prior roles within Mercer include head of strategy, North America. She began her career working for the US Department of State in the foreign service, fulfilling assignments as an economic officer in Panama and political and consular officer in Turkey. 

Precision Global Consulting, an employer-of-record provider serving North America, appointed Sarah Collins as managing partner and Amy Davies as managing director. Collins, who has worked for PGC for 13 years, will lead the business to ensure it continues to operate successfully and compliantly on behalf of clients. Davies has spent nearly a decade working alongside UK recruitment firms in the payroll and employment space before joining the company over 18 months ago; she will help oversee the company’s strategic growth plans as the business continues to scale and advance PGC’s workforce-management technology.

LiquidAgents Healthcare promoted long-time sales leader Oren Lavi to the newly created role of chief sales officer. Lavi since March had served as VP of sales, following an extended stint as director of client advisory.

TSR Inc. (NASDAQ: TSRI) — a Hauppauge, New York-based IT staffing provider — announced its main operating subsidiary, TSR Consulting Services Inc., hired Karen Levy, principal partner of Iprofs LLC, a woman-owned IT staffing firm that she founded in 1992. Levy will join TSR’s recruiting team.

Synergy Health Partners, a hospital staffing and solutions management company, announced that healthcare staffing leader Becky Kahn joined the company’s board of managers. Kahn currently is CEO of healthcare staffing firm Republic Health Resources; she previously was VP of client solutions for nurse staffing platform Trusted Health.

Top Gun Venture, an executive search firm, appointed Brent Moore as partner and executive in charge of the Houston search practice. He will lead the energy and digital technology practices. Moore is a former energy and technology executive and most recently was COO of Compare Power; he was also the founder and owner of Digital Energy Ventures, a platform created to build and acquire digital assets in the Texas retail energy industry.

Interim HealthCare Inc., a franchise provider of home care and healthcare staffing, appointed Steve Schildwachter, formerly of Franchise Performance Group, as senior VP of brand and former Sonas Home Health Care talent director Scott Williams as VP of talent. Interim HealthCare has opened 15 new offices across the US in 2022 with two more opening before end of year.

Kris Mydam is the new owner and strategic partner of PrideStaff’s new Tampa (East) office; it will offer staffing and employment services in a variety of professional and light industrial disciplines throughout east Tampa, including Brandon, Riverview, Temple Terrace and portions of downtown. In addition, Mark Tate is the owner and strategic partner of the new PrideStaff Houston Gulf Coast office, which will provide a full complement of recruiting and workforce solutions.
