People: Triage Staffing, Robert Half, Globalization Partners, ML&A, Nextaff and PrideStaff

Healthcare staffing company Triage Staffing hired Eric Christenson as president of digital transformation. Christenson in 2003 co-founded and served as president of VMS provider Medefis, which was eventually acquired by AMN Healthcare. He took over leadership of AMN-owned healthcare VMS provider ShiftWise in 2018 as president, vendor management solutions; in 2020, he led AMN’s acquisition of b4health, an internal float pool management solution and VMS technology.

Robert Half (NYSE: RHI) named DeLynn Senna senior district president for the company's US legal talent solutions practice group. She most recently was executive director for Robert Half's international permanent placement solutions and senior managing director for its executive search division in Europe. Previously, Senna spent more than two decades with Robert Half in leadership roles in the US, including 12 years as executive director for its permanent finance and accounting practice group.

Globalization Partners, a global employer-of-record provider, appointed Simone Nardi as CFO following the recent promotion of Bob Cahill to president. Nardi most recently was CFO at fuboTV, transitioning the organization from a private to a public company. Previously, Nardi was senior VP and CFO, international for Scripps Networks Interactive and held the same title at NBC Universal's international channels and television production businesses.

Legal search firm Major, Lindsey & Africa promoted four recruiters — Erica Hayward, Nina Houston, Shreya Regmi and Amy Vanderhoof — to the newly created roles of regional candidate development practice leads for MLA Interim Legal Talent. They will report to Nesli Orhon, executive director, Interim Legal Talent, and assume direct management responsibilities of candidate development recruiters within their assigned regions.

Nextaff announced that its new staffing agency office located in Houston has been purchased by Alejandro Perez Puebla. Nextaff SW Houston will focus on the commercial vertical including clerical, warehouse and janitorial.

PrideStaff announced that that Dino and Giselle Bavaro, owners of the Morristown-Parsippany office in New Jersey, added a G.A. Rogers & Associates executive and professional recruiting division to its existing operations.
