He most recently was IBM’s CMO and CCO for IBM Watson and Cloud Platform, leading all marketing and communications strategies for both business areas. Prior to IBM, he held the same title at supply chain solutions company Flex. Mendenhall reports directly to TriNet President and CEO Burton Goldfield.

Executive search firm ZRG Partners Inc. added Charles King as managing director and global board practice leader. He has more than 20 years of executive search and corporate governance experience, including more than a decade with Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) as managing director of the board services practice. King served as an officer in the United States Coast Guard where he held a variety of command and staff assignments, including duty as military aide to Vice President George H. W. Bush.
