People: TriNet, HireLevel, Alexander Technology Group, Allegis Partners and more

TriNet, a professional employer organization based in San Leandro, Calif., appointed Catherine Wragg as senior VP of human resources. She leads the strategic direction and operational execution of all aspects of HR at TriNet and reports directly to President and CEO Burton Goldfield. Wragg most recently was senior VP of business development at Giorgio Armani Corp.

HireLevel powered by Extra Help, a staffing and payroll services provider, appointed Cierra Belser to its leadership team as diversity relations manager. She will be responsible for developing and setting the strategic direction and acting as the primary advocate for supplier diversity partnerships within the organization. Belser most recently served as part of the business development team, where she worked with HireLevel since 2015.

Alexander Technology Group, which targets IT placement, promoted Paul Silvio to VP. He will oversee and manage business development, strategic sales, internal talent management and ongoing staff training and development in three office locations: Woburn, Mass., and Bedford and Portsmouth, NH. Prior to joining Alexander Technology Group, Silvio spent eight years as a VP for a global firm where he managed 14 office locations.

Executive search firm Allegis Partners, part of Allegis Group, announced Lawrence “Larry” Krema joined the firm as a managing director in the human resources practice, where he will focus on CHRO and other senior leaders for organizations and contribute to search projects across the broader C-suite.  Prior to joining Allegis Partners, Krema was a managing director with executive search firm Ferguson Partners, where he led the corporate officers practice.

Executive search and professional services firm hrQ, which targets the human resources profession, announced Brent McCombs joined the firm as VP and managing director of hrQ’s Houston office. He most recently was assistant VP, HR at Intermountain Health, overseeing talent acquisition and workforce optimization. He previously held HR leadership roles within KKR portfolio company Waste Management, ThermoFisher Scientific, Mylan Pharmaceuticals and Cardinal Health. 

Paychex Inc. (NASD: PAYX), a provider of payroll services and PEO services, expanded its board of directors to 10 members and appointed Thomas Bonadio to fill the newly created position, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. He will serve on the board’s audit committee and the corporate development advisory committee. Bonadio is CEO and managing partner of The Bonadio Group, which he co-founded in 1978. The Bonadio Group is an independent provider of accounting, business advisory and financial services in New York State outside of Manhattan.

Protiviti Inc., Robert Half International Inc.’s consulting division, promoted Susan Haseley to executive VP from managing director.

Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Thomas Wrobleski joined the firm as senior partner and global account lead in the consumer practice. Wrobleski most recently was executive VP, global strategic accounts at Chainalytics, a supply chain consulting, analytics and market intelligence firm.

Beacon Hill Staffing Group announced Brad Cooper will lead its new office in Fort Worth, Texas, which opens with Beacon Hill Technologies, the company’s IT staffing division. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, Cooper was an account executive at a large IT staffing firm.
