People: Tatum, MS Companies, ZRG, Heidrick and more

Tatum, a division of Randstad, appointed Keith Neus to national managing partner of technology. He is responsible for the company’s technology service offerings across multiple industries including healthcare, life sciences, retail, manufacturing, high tech and nonprofit. Neus has more than 20 years of professional services experience, and spent the last three years as the national accounts director for Randstad Technologies in its B2B workforce and solutions organizations. Tatum provides professional and interim services including strategic, financial and technology solutions.

MS Companies, a technology company providing talent management services, announced Chris Reffett joined the company as VP of sales. Reffett most recently was director of business development for Silgan Closure, responsible for national accounts in the beverage industry throughout the US. He was also promoted to manage the national account sales team while continuing account management activity. Headquartered in Indianapolis, MS Companies targets the light manufacturing and IT sectors. The company has more than 600 clients in 14 states.

Executive search firm ZRG Partners Inc. announced Samantha Foster rejoined the firm as a managing director and member of the firm’s global industrial practice. She will also lead the firm’s efforts in the aerospace and defense verticals, where she previously spent more than 12 years with the firm. Foster will be based out of the firm’s offices in Hartford, Conn.

Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) announced Steven Greenberg joined the firm as partner in the financial services practice, based in Tokyo. He leads the firm’s financial services practice in Japan and the insurance sector for Asia Pacific and the Middle East. He is also a member of the CEO and board of directors practice. Greenberg has nearly 10 years of executive search experience in Japan and the Asia Pacific region. Prior to entering the executive search and leadership consulting industry, Greenberg was the representative director and president at The Gallup Organization Japan.

CyberSN, a Boston-based staffing company targeting the cyber security sector, announced Veronica Mollica joined executive team as VP of business development. Mollica is a cyber security recruiter and the founder and CEO of Indigo Partners. She has been in the recruiting industry for 16 years and worked at several national firms before opening Indigo’s doors in 2003.

Kingsley Gate Partners, a global executive search firm launched last year, hired Geoff Hall as a new partner in its life sciences practice. He was previously CEO of Precision Wire Components, a medical technology and manufacturing business based in Tualatin, Ore., where he orchestrated the sale of the company to Creganna Medical in 2014. Prior to Precision, he held several senior leadership positions at medical device manufacturer Medtronic. Hall will be based out of the company’s newly opened Denver office.
