Staffing firm Tandym Group promoted Dave Muller to president. Muller joined Tandym Group in 2021 and previously served as executive VP, Tandym Tech. He will oversee all of Tandym Group’s verticals in his new role. Muller has more than 20 years of experience in the staffing industry and has held operational and sales leadership roles at several staffing firms.

Upwork Inc. appointed Zoë Diamadi as general manager, enterprise, effective June 29. Diamadi will oversee sales, product, engineering and operations within Upwork’s enterprise business unit. Diamadi’s previous experience includes serving as general manager of LinkedIn Elevate. Most recently, she served as an operating advisor at Bessemer Venture Partners.

Kelly Services Inc. announced that Chief Digital Officer Darren Simons is leaving the company effective June 2. He assumed the role in 2021 after serving as president, Americas, at Cielo Talent.

Healthcare staffing firm Supplemental Health Care named Gary Cornick as chief client officer, overseeing client engagement and business development as well as driving growth and strategy. Cornick previously served as general manager of workforce solutions at Trusted Health.

Healthcare staffing firm Alois appointed Scott Shelander as president and CEO. Shelander will drive the strategic direction and growth of Alois. He previously served as president and chief operating officer at Amare Medical Network.

American Health Staffing Group, AHSG, appointed Di Smalley to its board. Smalley is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Smalley’s experience includes more than a decade as CEO of Mercy Health System of Oklahoma. She also served as senior VP of workforce solutions for the entire Mercy system and was instrumental in the selection and implementation of an MSP and VMS.

Executive search firm Boyden promoted Sowbagya Gokulram to managing partner in the US. Gokulram is based in New York, where she has been with the Boyden team for 11 years.

The National Council of State Boards of Nursing announced Philip Dickison will take over as CEO effective Oct. 1. Dickison will succeed CEO David Benton, who is stepping down to retire. Dickison currently serves as NCSBN’s chief operating officer, a post he has held since 2017. Dickison has a doctorate in quantitative research, evaluation and measurement. He is also a registered nurse.

Law firm Seyfarth Shaw LLP announced that Andrew Quesnelle has joined the firm as a partner in its Labor and Employment Department. Quesnelle has nearly 17 years of experience in labor and employment law. He previously served as associate general counsel, labor and employment, at Emergent BioSolutions Inc.

Accurate Background named Gavin Tagg as senior VP associate general counsel. Tagg will report to David Wheeler, Accurate’s chief legal officer. Tagg will be based in Brighton, UK. He has 25 years of legal experience. Tagg most recently served at The Adecco Group as senior VP general counsel and regional head of integrity and compliance, UK and Ireland.
