The Tandym Group announced hires of new executives, a promotion and a new board member. Michelle Keefe has been elected to Tandym Group’s board. Keefe is the CEO of Syneos Health, a publicly traded firm that developed as the result of the merger of INC Research and inVentiv Health. She has 30 years of experience in the life sciences industry. Dave Muller was promoted to executive VP of Tandym Group’s technology vertical, Tandym Tech. Muller has more than 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. Cheri Ehrlich Eisen joined Tandym Group as executive VP of the company’s professional services vertical, Tandym Pro. Ehrlich Eisen previously served as global head of talent acquisition of Bumble. She has more than 25 years of experience in the human capital space. Chris Moulton joined Tandym Group as VP of corporate development to oversee merger-and-acquisition activities. Moulton previously spent nearly six years leading M&A for The Eastern Co., an industrial holding company.

StevenDouglas, a Sunrise, Florida-based staffing firm, appointed Matt Shore as CEO. Founder Steve Sadaka, who had served as CEO, will become chairman. Shore joined the company in 2006. StevenDouglas is forecasting $125 million in revenue in 2022.

Cross Country Healthcare Inc. (NASDAQ: CCRN) announced Craig Hoven will serve as senior VP and managing consultant of its Cejka Search division. Hoven has more than two decades of experience.

On-demand hospitality talent platform Qwick named Gint Grabauskas as its first chief technology officer. Grabauskas’ previous roles include chief technology officer at Offerpad and VP of engineering at GoDaddy.

Talent platform SeekOut hired Claire Fang as its first chief product officer. Fang previously was chief product officer for the EmployeeXM product line at Qualtrics. Her other past roles include leading the business platform product team at Facebook and helping build Microsoft’s cloud platform Azure.

HirePower Personnel Inc. promoted Tanya Tesseyman to VP, reporting to owner and CEO Celeste Glass. Tesseyman previously served as a sales director. HirePower also announced Loredana Pirjol will move to a lead program manager role.

Addison Group has expanded its healthcare nonclinical staffing services to Cleveland led by Branch Manager Hanna Stone. This vertical is the company’s first in the Cleveland market.

Staffing firm Vaco named Mike Silvestri as director of executive recruiting at its Shelton, Connecticut office. Silvestri previously ran his own firm, Silvestri Staffing, which was acquired by Vaco. In addition, the company announced Maxime Piché will be managing director of its new location in Quebec City. Piché joined Vaco in 2019 as an IT recruitment manager.

IT services firm Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ: CTSH) announced that Rajesh Nambiar will no longer serve as executive VP and president, digital business and technology, nor will he be an executive officer of the company. However, he will continue to be executive VP, chairman and managing director of Cognizant India.

Executive search firm WittKieffer promoted seven consultants to the ranks of senior partner: Michael Castleman, Ryan Crawford, Joyce De Leo, Nathaniel Hook, Michael Raddatz, Susan Snyder and Daniel Young.
