Independent workforce solutions provider TalentWave appointed Jennifer Gannon as executive VP of sales. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she will be responsible for driving enterprise sales for TalentWave. Prior to joining TalentWave, Gannon led sales teams for Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE: RHI) and more recently with Randstad.

PrideOne appointed Frank Sands as director of business development. Sands has more than 15 years of procurement and contingent labor experience. Prior to joining PrideOne, he held various sales and operational roles with PRO Unlimited, nextSource and the Allegis Group. PrideOne, a division of Pride Global, is an MSP and payroll services provider.

Advanced Clinical added Stacey Arrambide as VP of biometrics. The Deerfield, Ill.-based clinical development organization provides global services, including clinical staffing. Prior to joining Advanced Clinical, he was senior director, statistics, at Chiltern where he was responsible for North American teams.

Futurestep, a division of Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) providing recruitment process outsourcing and other services, named Jessica Johnson as sector leader of its new dedicated practice, Healthcare Technology & Services Futurestep. The new practice will be an extension of Korn Ferry’s healthcare technology executive search practice, of which Johnson has been a core member for more than 10 years.

RSR Partners, a Greenwich, Conn.-based executive search and leadership consulting firm, appointed John Hambley as a principal in the firm’s industrial practice. He most recently worked at Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, DC, where he led strategic projects with the Department of Defense and Department of Treasury.

Steven Douglas Associates, a search and project-based professional services firm, added Julie Zorn to lead its new office in Chicago and expand its financial services practice nationally. Zorn has more than 20 years of financial services experience; she most recently was in global private banking and served as an advisor and private wealth consultant to high and ultra-high net worth individuals, families and family offices.
