TalentRISE, a Chicago-based management consulting company focused on recruitment, announced Susan Hartz joined the firm to manage outsourced recruitment solution project teams and service delivery for enterprise clients. Hartz has held management, sourcing and solution strategy, and project execution roles with recruitment outsourcing providers — including with Aon Hewitt RPO/PeopleScout — and most recently was director of sourcing for Adecco’s Pontoon Solutions business, which provides MSP and RPO services.

Leadpoint Business Services, a staffing provider to blue-collar production environments, named Paul Russo as director of operations-East and Saul Diaz as director of operations-West. Russo previously oversaw human resources and administration for Leadpoint; he will be based in Leadpoint’s new eastern regional office in Charlotte, NC. Diaz has more than 13 years of operations experience with Leadpoint where he led the day-to-day operations of the company’s workforce optimization and program implementation efforts. In this new role, he will be based in the company’s Phoenix headquarters.

Catapult Staffing and Solutions, a national staffing and recruiting firm, announced Angelo Salustri joined as senior VP. He is accountable for the company’s operations in Boston and assists in the development of the firm’s overall strategy and training initiatives for North America. Salustri most recently had his own consulting firm, RGO, and previously spent seven years at Digital Intelligence Systems LLC.

Canadian professional staffing provider Eagle Professional Resources Inc. appointed Morley Surcon to the new position of VP of strategic accounts and client solutions in Western Canada and promoted Kelly Benson to Calgary branch manager as part of its growth plans in Western Canada. Surcon has been leading Eagle’s western operations since 2006.

Medix announced Jeff Butler will lead its new San Diego office, which opened April 30. Medix is headquartered in Chicago and provides scientific, healthcare and IT staffing.

PrideStaff, a national staffing franchise, announced Bill Gross opened its Columbus West office in Hilliard, Ohio, which will target the downtown and west-side areas of Columbus. Additionally, Martha Mondragon and Neil Huber opened a new Denton North office in Denton, Texas. Both offices provide staffing and employment services in a variety of professional and light industrial disciplines.
