Detroit-based Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) named Marvin Daugherty as VP of its MSP program, the company’s second-largest service offering; he is based out of its San Antonio, Texas office. Daugherty joined the company in 2013 as one the company’s four original talent sourcers. In addition, Monnisha Booker has been promoted to the newly created position of director of talent acquisition overseeing recruiters and talent sourcers; she is based in the St. Louis location.

National staffing franchise AtWork Group named Curt Paquette as president of its sister company, Pipeline Talent Solutions, a managed services provider launched last year that targets middle-market clients across the US.

PTS Advance, which recently rebranded from PTS Staffing Solutions, appointed Jayne Gill as managing director in its life science division. Gill has more than 15 years’ experience running strategic consulting projects for global medical device, pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations. Glenn Haegle also joins the PTS Advance team as a member of the quality, regulatory and compliance consulting group to be led by Gill.
